It's Halloween in Arcadia, except here they call it Hell Night. Tonight, Ghost takes a paranormal bus ride right out of an ectoplasmic version of Speed. Her final destination is the old "underground city" beneath Arcadia, where all of Ghost's past enemies are waiting to pounce: Snake Eyes, Hunger, MacCready and Joe Yimbo!
